Emily was excellent: on time, professional, friendly, informative, and took good care of us during our time in Raleigh attending the Jimmy Buffet Concert. We contacted our hotel in reference to car services and the head bellman at the North Raleigh Hilton recommended Emily, owner of Capital Concierge On-Call.

Because of the service provided to us , my husband & I were able to attend a concert with no worries of having to drive from the hotel to the event. Emily stayed in touch and kept up with even the smallest of details including traffic congestion.

We were able to arrive and leave the event with no problems. We would definitely use Emily again on our next adventure.
